Ronnie started his real estate career in 2006 at the age of 18 in Louisiana and is was the Principle Broker & Founder of The George Group, a multi-location independent real estate brokerage established in 2017.

In December 2023 The George Group surpassed $197,000,000 in total sales.

In January of 2024 Ronnie relocated to Baton Rouge, closed The George Group and began selling real estate once again.

about ronnie

Ronnie currently lives in Baton Rouge, LA, with his son Brody. When Ronnie isn’t working on projects, he’s trading stocks, at the gym, or spending time with his children.

Growing up, Ronnie attended 15 different schools throughout the United States and Japan. He was raised in a military family and relocated on average every 2–3 years from base to base. Although this was difficult at the time, it became a benefit as he got older.

Learning to connect with people, make new friends, and start over from scratch became the norm. Ronnie developed his independence at an early age, and that skill is what propelled him to where he is today.

The ability to think outside the box, test new approaches, and not be afraid of a potential backlash served him well in his real estate career.

He was constantly getting in trouble with his broker because of complaints voiced by others. On the other hand, he was making too many waves, saying things that challenged the status quo, or rubbing people the wrong way with his marketing.

In the end, Ronnie stuck to his approach, embraced the negativity amongst the competition, and appealed directly to the consumers. It was a smart decision because the public loved him or hated him. Ronnie’s goal was to make everyone have an opinion about his business, because by doing that, at least he was a topic of discussion and someone that people knew.

Playing in the middle just wasn’t a smart approach to standing out from the crowd. Even to this day, Ronnie has no problem trying something new or pursuing something that isn’t considered to be the way things should be done.

Ronnie enjoys speaking to large crowds and sharing his story to motivate others to pursue their dreams.

He believes that anything is possible, and all that’s needed is dedication and commitment. He’s a firm believer that we are our own limitations in life and business, and with that perspective, he helps others achieve their goals by breaking mental barriers.

Whether it’s through workshops, speaking engagements, or mentorship through his brokerage, Ronnie believes that his success comes from the success of others.

The more people he can help achieve their goals, the more likely he’ll be able to accomplish his. Ronnie is constantly expanding his goals and pushing himself to achieve more. And he’s always on the lookout for talented people who want to pursue big goals of their own.
